Frozen · bake at home

Take it home frozen — raw to cook yourself, or cooked and ready to heat.

Freezer to table

  1. Keep it frozen

Everything goes home frozen and keeps three months. Salgados come raw, to fry or bake yourself — or ask us and we will cook them first, so they go into the freezer ready and only need heating. Empadinhas and empadões always come cooked.

  2. Oven or fryer

Oven at 180 °C: empadinhas need 10 minutes, empadões 30. Salgados go into the fryer at 170 °C until golden. No thawing.

  3. Serve hot

Rest two minutes, then serve. Fillings are hot — warn the children.

Before you start

These times and temperatures are a guide and still to be confirmed. Ovens vary; the first tray is the one to watch.
