What we collect, and why
This site collects almost nothing, and it is worth saying exactly what.
The forms on this site do not send us anything. Filling one in writes a WhatsApp message for you and opens it — what you typed stays in your own browser until you press send in WhatsApp, and at that point it reaches us the way any message does, from your number. There is no copy in a database here and nothing is emailed. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, the phone number and email address on the contact page go to the same person.
We count visits, using a service that records which pages were opened and roughly where in the world from. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you, so there is nothing here to consent to.
The tray you build on the menu page never leaves your own browser. It is kept on your device for seven days so a half-finished order survives a reload, and it is only sent anywhere at the moment you press the WhatsApp button — at which point it goes to us as an ordinary message, from you.
What we hold about you is therefore whatever you have sent us in WhatsApp or by email, in those apps, and nothing on this website. Ask us and we will tell you what that is, correct it, or delete it. Email laurapeclat@gmail.com. This note follows the Australian Privacy Principles.
